Pellet boiler MAXPell GL – medium capacity boiler. It is based on the structure of the Heiztechnik flame heat exchanger. It is equipped with an automatic burner with a sludge scraper. The combustion process is controlled by individually programmed weather-compensated automatics with HT-Logic III autocontrol, which ensures smooth and user-friendly operation.
It is equipped with a pellet burner with an internal screw fuel feeder. The boiler is equipped with a burner with an automatic sludge scraper. The burners have an igniter and a photoelement for flame control.
The boiler automatics, apart from the burner operation,makes it possible to operate an advanced heating system in weather mode using a mixing valve. By attaching additional modules, you may control additional elements of the heating system. Remote control with a room thermostat ensures operation of the system for comfortable temperature of heated rooms.
The controller controls the operation of the burner by modulating the capacity depending on the boiler temperature. Operation in HT-Logic III mode, which is individually programmed for each boiler, automatically selects operating parameters and modulates the burner capacity depending on the boiler temperature. The automation can be equipped with a large colour display and an internet module. Boilers with the capacity of from 80 to 450 kW may be equipped with Lambda probe (each burner cooperates with an individual Lambda probe, it applies to both single- and double-burner version boilers) . Boilers of 300 kW and above are equipped with two burners. Depending on the needs the boiler can be equipped with fuel tank(s) of different size or with whole systems for fuel feeding from so-called silos or bunkers. The boiler can be equipped with a system for pneumatic cleaning of the exchanger and automatic ash removal.
GreenLine series boilers meet the environmental protection and energy efficiency requirements of the 5th class (the highest) set out in the PN-EN 303-5:2012 standard, and are certified by the “Polskie Ciepło” programme. (*option)

Controller HT-tronic 900
Controller HT-tronic 900 is designed for comprehensive control of a boiler with a pellet burner.
The automation is individually programmed for each type of boiler and its power.
The use of the innovative HT Logic III control algorithm allows for automatic selection of boiler operating parameters in a wide power range using the modulation function. Automation continuously controls the boiler operation and heating installation. Operating parameters are presented on a readable display. The device has been equipped with a boiler pump control function to protect the boiler from returning to the cold water boiler from the installation, it is equipped with the function of preparing hot utility water (HUW) in the SUMMER, WINTER mode with the possibility of switching the modes of operation in an AUTOMATIC mode. Controls the operation of the central heating pump with the option of connecting a room thermostat. It has the ability to control the operation of the actuator and mixing valve pump in cooperation with the valve’s room thermostat. Controls the fuel level in the container and allows you to connect an additional room device.
The controller has a large colour and legible LCD display with an intuitive interface.
It is possible to connect the controller to the internet using the HT-tronic Connect module.
