The pellet boiler FLAT represents the latest compact boilers. The device goes with extensive equipment. Weather-compensated automatics with Lambda probe and HT-Logic III autocontrol ensures easy and simple operation. It is equipped with a burner with automatic cleaning, a system for automatic cleaning of the exchanger, a hydraulic module and a safety group.
The boiler structure is based on a vertical flame tube heat exchanger with an automatic exchanger cleaning system. Burning is performed by a self-cleaning, automatic drop-in burner with an openable floor, equipped with an igniter, a photoelement and a thermocouple. The boiler is equipped with an exhaust fan which aerates the combustion process and improves the flue draught.
The boiler and the heating system are controlled via a 5″ touch screen, made in capacitive technology. Weather controller HT-tronic 900 Touch controls the operation of 4 pumps and a mixing valve actuator. The automatics can be expanded by connecting additional modules. The controller is compatible with a remote control panel, 2 room thermostats and an internet module. It is equipped with HT-Logic III autocontrol which controls the operation of the burner, selects the operating parameters and modulates power depending on the boiler temperature.
Operates in iPell R combustion optimisation standard with HT-tronic Lambda module. The optimisation system with a probe guarantees the highest combustion quality.
The boiler is equipped with a hydraulic module, which consists of: mixing valve with servo-motor, valve pump, DHW pump and safety group in a form of diaphragm vessel, safety valve and manometer. The boiler is protected by a return protection pump with a temperature sensor, it is adapted for fitting in a closed system in accordance with applicable legislation.
The design allows for convenient and user-friendly, hydraulic connections can be routed upwards or to the rear of the boiler, flue gas can be routed upwards, backwards or to the right side of the boiler.

Controller HT-tronic 900 is designed for comprehensive control of a boiler with a pellet burner.
The automation is individually programmed for each type of boiler and its power.
The use of the innovative HT Logic III control algorithm allows for automatic selection of boiler operating parameters in a wide power range using the modulation function. Automation continuously controls the boiler operation and heating installation. Operating parameters are presented on a readable display. The device has been equipped with a boiler pump control function to protect the boiler from returning to the cold water boiler from the installation, it is equipped with the function of preparing hot utility water (HUW) in the SUMMER, WINTER mode with the possibility of switching the modes of operation in an AUTOMATIC mode. Controls the operation of the central heating pump with the option of connecting a room thermostat. It has the ability to control the operation of the actuator and mixing valve pump in cooperation with the valve’s room thermostat. Controls the fuel level in the container and allows you to connect an additional room device.
The controller has a large colour and legible LCD display with an intuitive interface.
It is possible to connect the controller to the internet using the HT-tronic Connect module.
